 Static electricity is ubiquitous and has different impacts in different industries. The impact on the pharmaceutical industry is mainly: dust absorption, impact on weighing, and difficulty in filling.

Vibrating plate feeder
 
 
Static problems: If the product is removed from the workbench under the condition of static electricity, it will adsorb the dust in the surrounding air, or adsorb on the workbench protection cover.
 
 
Anping suggested: Install a BH1001 or BH7004A static eliminator at about 200mm from the rear wall of the hood to eliminate static electricity on the product.
 
 
Disc linear feed
 
Static problems: Disk feeders are commonly used in electronics, medical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Static electricity can cause products to stick to each other, stick to or jump from the tray.
 
Anping suggested: Install BH1001 or BH2001B static eliminator above and beside the tray
 
Capsule filling production line

Static electricity problem: Very small static electricity will cause materials to adhere to the weighing pan and cause inaccurate measurement.

Static problem one: Static electricity generated upstream of the filling position often causes the tablet to bounce from the groove of the blister of the cover plate.

Static problem two: The brush is used to correct the static electricity generated in the process of the tablet.

Static problem three: Before the filling process, there is a large amount of static electricity at the exit position of the blister thermoforming to attract dust.

Static problem 4: Due to the static electricity, the tablets will be attracted to different positions on the production line.
